Rubi's Coffee and Sandwiches in Great Barrington feels like the trendiest of New York or LA cafes.
Young, hip baristas patiently drip Barrington Gold through filters, paninis with locally-made gourmet cheeses sizzle on the press and oysters on the half shell are elegantly displayed on an ice bar. The elitist staff is a little off-putting, but it can't be denied the culinary experience is top-notch.
